BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please be sure to read our terms and conditions before booking or hiring a space at one of our bars:
✨ IMPORTANT: Seating & Standing Space – We don’t guarantee a seat for everyone in your group. Your booking includes a mix of seating and standing space. ✨
Age Policy – We generally operate a 21+ policy. Entry for guests aged 18–20 may be considered at the door depending on the group and the evening. Please bring a valid physical ID for the security check – no ID, no entry.
Group Types – We encourage mixed groups. Well-behaved single-gender groups may be accommodated at our discretion.
Stag Dos – Are a Stag Don’t – Sorry, we do not accommodate stag groups. Entry will be refused, reservation or not.
Happy Hour – Runs until 7pm sharp, regardless of your booking end time.
Requesting Areas – We’ll always do our best to accommodate area requests, but due to high demand, we can’t guarantee them. That said, let us know your preference and we’ll work our magic where possible!
Table Holding Policy – We’ll hold your table for up to 20 minutes. After that, it may be released. We’re unable to be contacted on-site during service, so it really is a case of use it or lose it!
No Promoter Events – If your booking is linked to a third-party promoted event, it will be cancelled without refund. We’re always watching! 👀
Group Size Adjustments – If fewer guests arrive than booked, we may reallocate part of your space to accommodate other guests.
Cloakroom Perk! – We offer a free cloakroom from Wednesday to Saturday evenings. Just head downstairs and take advantage of this spectacular service 😉
Food Pre-Orders – These are non-refundable within 72 hours of your booking. Please inform us of any allergens in advance: we take care to avoid cross-contamination but cannot guarantee dishes are completely allergen-free.
Table Service Ends Around 10pm – This may finish earlier if it’s no longer practical to continue.
Respect Our Team – We love our staff and expect them to be treated with respect. Any abuse or aggression will result in removal from the venue.
Dress Code – No flip-flops or sportswear, please. No peaked caps or face coverings permitted (except for religious or medical reasons).
Fancy Dress – Please notify us in advance if your party will be in fancy dress. Standard dress code and entry rules still apply.
